This hotel has great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering all the usual facilities you would expect. The staff are friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located in a park-like area, close to everything. You can easily walk to the city center and explore the surrounding suburb.

All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

This hotel offers great value for money with spacious rooms on the second level. The attention to detail is evident in the well-equipped kitchenettes and comfortable, bouncy beds. The location is a perfect balance, situated amongst the suburb yet in walking distance to the city centre. The hotel's park-like area adds to the overall charm.

Our recent stay at Carrington Motel was pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were spotless and had all the necessary amenities. We were impressed with the welcoming attitude of the staff member who greeted us. The location was convenient, with easy access to the concert venue and nearby shops and waterfront. we had a great experience at the motel and are already planning our next stay. We would definitely recommend it.

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel in a wonderful location. The hotel is nestled amongst a charming suburb, which gave it a peaceful atmosphere and made me feel like I was on a relaxing getaway. The best part was that it was still within walking distance to the city center, so I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities. The rooms on the second level were comfortable and had a separate kitchenette, which was convenient for preparing simple meals. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that my room was serviced daily and providing great hospitality throughout my stay. Plus, the affordable prices and reasonable facilities made this hotel excellent value for money.

Tony the manager was extremely helpful and polite, and even gave us a free upgrade because we were staying two nights. The back yard is spacious and cosy. The room including kitchen was also well furnished. Just a 5 minute walk to the city and beach. Good value for money.

Rooms are somewhat dated, especially the kitchen. Still good value for money.

The room was clean, warm and spacious. The kitchenette was well equipped for light meals and the bed was comfortable. The hotel had good parking and the staff were friendly. The location was great for exploring the local attractions and for allowing youngsters to play in the large lawn area.

The building both inside and out is in need of a refresh. Only one plug in heater was provided, which was old and noisy.

The manager suggested we visit the festival of lights at a park which was only a short walk and it was well worth the visit.

Would have suited us better if the double bed had been in the separate bedroom.

The location of the motel was convenient for those who wish to walk around the city center and access the nearby supermarket. the rooms were designed to facilitate the plugging of various devices close to the beds, which was handy. the motel grounds offered recreational opportunities, such as BBQ areas and playing areas for the family. A relaxed atmosphere prevailed throughout the motel.

Noise levels were problematic at times, especially with inconsiderate guests in adjacent rooms.
